Wauchope memorial for White

A memorial service for Dan White will be held in Wauchope tomorrow.
White’s is a name that many of the older rallying fraternity may recognise, and with good reason.
Dan sadly passed away earlier this year, after a life well lived in the rallying world.
White was a Director and Clerk of Course at many rallies, including the Southern Cross International Rally from 1972 to 1977.

Further, he directed Australia’s inaugural 4WD and cross country Safari events during the 1980s, as well as the Australian leg of the 2004 London to Sydney Marathon.
He and wife Rosemarie were also accomplished competitors, completing many trials over the years.Â
The memorial service can be streamed live tomorrow from 11am AEDT.
