Wiedman currently sits second in the Production Cup standings and is ready to take a strong performance in Western Australia into his home Rally Queensland, but says he requires funding to keep his Subaru Impreza WRX on the stages.

Posted to his Facebook page, Wiedman says he and co-driver Nick Reid are hoping to work with more companies for the remainder of the season.

“(A) shout out to any companies looking to get behind a couple of young guys chasing a motorsport dream,” he said.

“Currently two rounds into the ARC and are in desperate need of financial assistance to compete in the remaining four rounds.

“Looking to work with companies and their marketing teams to incorporate our racing program to create interest with their customer bases. We have the ability to do drive days and any promotional days.”

Any potential sponsors looking to support the talented young guns are encouraged to get in contact.
