After 13 years, the legendary Arganil Hills in Portugal are resounding to the sounds of World Rally Cars again.

The last time World Rally Cars have been driven in Arganil was when Ford made tests in 2003, and the last time the WRC Rally of Portugal competed on the stages was 2001, the year of the famous rains!
It is expected that the 2017 WRC Rally of Portugal will officially start in Arganil and then run a stage in that area, before moving north-east towards the existing regions for the rally.
Details of the 2017 Rally of Portugal route are expected to be announced in November.
