After a third placing at round one in Canberra, Bustard was the only top finisher from the opening round to make the trip west, and it paid dividends.Â
The crew put together a measured drive, making the most of other drivers’ mistakes to finish on top at the end of the Power Stage on Sunday.
It also ensures that Bustard now leads the Production Cup battle by a considerable margin, some 55 points ahead of Taylor Gill.Â
