One of the famous ‘General Lee’ Dodge Chargers built for the TV series ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’, will both be going under the hammer at the 13th Shannons Melbourne Motor Show Auction from 2.30pm on Monday, March 10.
The ‘General Lee’ Charger being auctioned is one of a handful of cars built by General Lee Enterprises for Warner Bros to use for promotional work and some close-ups in filming.
The very first General Lee Charger recently attracted a staggering $Aus10.5 million bid on eBay, but Shannons are expecting a much more modest $220-$260,000 for this car.
