Toytota driver Simon Evans has returned to winning form and taken out today's Heat 2 in the Rally of Canberra, ahead of team-mate, Neal Bates.  Bates, though, with a win in yesterday's Heat 1, has taken the overall rally victory.

Third home today, as he was yesterday, was the Subaru-mounted Darren Windus.  He finishes the weekend third overall and will be rapt to be on the podium after a disappointing year in 2007.

Spencer Lowndes finished today's Heat 2 in fourth place, repeating his efforts from day one, with Steve Shepheard rounding the top five.

A full report and photos of today's action will follow later.
