Feature Car: Group A Mitsubishi Galant VR-4

You can have your Group 4 classics or your World Rally Cars, but for an increasing number of rally tragics, it’s the ballsy Group A formula that really turned their dials.

Undeniably, there’s no matching the aura and sheer over-the-top raucousness of the Group B super cars, but Group A was more the ‘everyday’ fan’s rally car.

Group A pretty much went in two phases, but it wasn’t truly memorable to begin with.
