The organisers of Rally Finland, AKK Sports Ltd, will continue their preparations for a rally held in August.
Finnish Government authorities have announced the ban on large events (500+) will continue through to the end of July.
Rally Finland 2020 falls in the first week of August, but an announcement will not come for at least another month.
"The Finnish Government will review the national situation and update its measures on the events of August next time at the beginning of June," the Rally Finland statement said.
"AKK Sports Ltd as an event organiser wants to act as responsibly as possible taking into account spectators, competitors, partners, employees as well as other stakeholders - without endangering anyone's health and safety."
