Adelaide-based brothers Mitchell and Patrick Hall have teamed up once again to form a two car team for the second round of the South Australian Rally Championship (SARC), Scouts Rally South Australia.

The event, which doubles as a round of the Australian Rally Championship, kicks off with two Super Special Stages at the Angaston Oval this Friday, June 25 and will feature the nation's and the state's fastest rally drivers.

For Mitchell and co-driver Janah Mclean, this event will be their second of the season and one which they have been eager to get to for quite some time. “Scouts Rally SA is an event which we always look forward to. The last couple of years we have had some bad luck at this rally so to finally be going out there confident in ourselves and in our car (Subaru WRX) is a good feeling to have,” says Hall.

This will be the first gravel rally in twelve months for Hall and Mclean, so the pair have a very strong determination to not only finish this event, but to also try their best to set some quick stage times and do all they can to gain as many SARC points as possible.

Patrick, who is without regular co-driver Justin Stokes for this event, will instead be partnered by Brisbane-based co-driver Nathan Long. With some major work now complete on his Subaru Liberty, the youngster will certainly be out to impress.

Scouts Rally SA will take place from June 25-27 in and around the beautiful Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and Mt Barker regions. Pure Motorsport will be broadcasting the event live online June 25-27 on www.puremotorsport.tv with the Super Special Stage at Angaston live on the Friday and Saturday nights.
