Grass roots rallying in New South Wales will continue to grow in 2018 with the ongoing partnership of the NSW Hyundai Rally Series and Premier Panel Beating.
The series will be known as the 2018 Premier Panel Beating Hyundai Rally Series and will have over 10 Hyundais competing.
The series will include six rounds in conjunction with the NSW Clubman Rally Series, with events featured in the north, south and western areas of NSW.
The Hyundai Rally Series (HRS) has made a huge comeback since 2014 and continues to grow.
The HRS was conceived as a cost-effective way of introducing new drivers into rallying, and to allow them to develop driving and road reading skills.
In keeping with the concept of containing costs for the HRS, organisers have a set of national regulations for the HRS competitors which can be found in the online CAMS Manual – Refer to Appendix A.
Hyundai Rally Series competitor, Aaron Mowett, puts his Excel through its paces in 2017.
The Premier Panel Beating Hyundai Rally Series is a great option for first time drivers or drivers with more experience.
These are a highly reliable car, as well as being very affordable to build and maintain, and ensures all competitors are competing on a level playing field.
