The entry list for November's Rally Australia looks like being a cracker, with at least 11 World Rally Cars, and a quality list of WRC2 R5 entries.
Hayden Paddon's return in a World Rally Car will create much of the interest Down Under, with the New Zealander part of a three-car team from M-Sport that also includes Elfyn Evans and Teemu Suninen in Ford Fiestas.
Manufacturers' championship leaders, Hyundai, will field Thierry Neuville, Andreas Mikkelsen and, presumably, Dani Sordo, although the Spaniard could yet be replaced by the rejuvenated Craig Breen.
Title favourite Ott Tanak heads Toyota's squad, ably supported by Jari-Matti Latvala and Kris Meeke, while Citroen is the only WRC team not to run three cars.
Sebastien Ogier will be hoping to claim a seventh straight WRC title in Australia, and his first for Citroen. He'll be supported by the flying Finn, Esapekka Lappi.
Benito Guerra will add some spice to the WRC2 entry in his Skoda.
Many official entries have not yet been received by Rally Australia organisers, but a hugely competitive field of R5 cars looks likely.
Mads Ostberg is expected to drive Citroen's ever-improving R5 car, while a two-car factory Skoda team featuring young gun Kalle Rovanpera and veteran Jan Kopecky is expected.
Indian Gaurav Gill will drive a Ford Fiesta R5, and a two-car Motorsport Italia team will head down under, headed by the experienced Benito Guerra.
Australian front runners will also be in the battle as well. Harry Bates, with the ARC title now sewn up, will run his Toyota Yaris AP4, most likely on Michelin tyres.
Lewis Bates (Toyota), Molly Taylor (Subaru), Luke Anear (Fiesta) and John O'Dowd (Skoda) will also be in the mix.
Rally Australia is the final round of the 2019 World Rally Championship, with this weekend's Wales Rally GB, and Spain's Rally Catalunya still to come.
