Johnson and Saunders to debut new car at Southern Safari
- 1st September 2017, 1:07pm
“So we thought ‘why not get some use out of the car, step up to something a bit faster and see how we go against the big boys”.The team are under no illusion as to their pace for the weekend and are primarily using the event as a test session and to get used to the extra power and grip of a turbo 4WD Subaru. “We’ll have no real interest in times, although it would be nice to beat some of the RS Challenge cars we have just stepped out of, but we’ll have to wait and see,” Johnson added. Event details are available at www.tasrally.com.au or from the Southport Hotel.
