With his older sister, Rhianon Smyth, co-driving, Brendan will be one of six Pirelli Star Drivers selected from around the world vying for the top of the podium in a field of 24 drivers aged under 25.
In 2011, Brendan and Rhianon aim to build on previous experiences in the Australian Rally Championship and Asia-Pacific Rally Championship by winning the World Rally Championship Academy Series.
