Reigning Argentina Rally Champion, 38 year old Marcos Ligato, returns to compete in Europe for the first time in three years when he will drive a PH Sport Citroen DS3 WRC at Neste Rally Finland.
This will be his second WRC appearance this year, after he finished seventh in one of these cars on Rally Argentina.
Ligato, formerly a Group N driver in the PCWRC for the Italian Top Run team, is the proprietor of Tango Rally Team, based north of Cordoba, and has been competing almost exclusively since 2011 in Chevrolet Agile Maxi Rally cars which his company prepares.
