Jamie Macfarlane and Larisa Skyring are now the Silverstone Tyres Queensland Gemini Champions after the running of the Recovered Resources Australia Rally in the Gympie region on November 4.
The rally was held in very wet and muddy conditions and the low powered, open diffed Geminis
struggled in the tough conditions.
Jamie and Larisa won convincingly in their Oz Tec Suspension sponsored TF Gemini, which had
been sold prior to the event.
Second in the series for 2006 were the 18 year old duo of Cameron Sluice and Charlie McAlister,
who increased their pace as the year progressed.
The father and son team of Adrian and Tim Dillon were rapt to finish third for the year and will
swap seats for 2007.
