Over 10,000 rally fans and motorsport enthusiasts paid their respects to Colin McRae at Rallyday at the Castle Combe Circuit in the UK recently.
There was a static display in the paddock with two of Colin’s most famous original rally cars, a display of his overalls and images, along with a condolences book for fans to write their messages in.
Activities at the event were wound down prior to one minute’s silence.
Shortly after the silence there was a two-lap display of Colin's original Rothmans Subaru Legacy RS and his Impreza 555.
A huge range of rally cars and stars of the past and present were at Rallyday, including former World Rally Champion, Hannu Mikkola.
