Molly becomes British Ladies Rally Champion

In only her first year competing in the UK, young Australian rally driver, Molly Taylor, has secured the prestigious title of MSA British Ladies Rally Champion.

Taylor wrapped up the title with a solid result on last weekend's Ulster Rally, round five of the six round British Rally Championship.  The twenty-one year old is also a big chance to take out the Swift Sport Cup title at next month's final event, the Rally Yorkshire.

After taking victory on the opening two gravel events of the Swift Sport Cup series, and with a previous outing on Rally Yorkshire (she competed in the event last year), Taylor and co-driver Jemma Bellingham are hoping to add the Swift title to their list of achievements.  In a male dominated sport, it is testament to Taylor's talent and determination that she has managed to achieve so much in just her first year of rallying in the UK.

In taking out the British Ladies Rally Champion title, Taylor also becomes the first overseas driver to have ever taken the trophy.
