Preparations for the opening round of the Victorian Rally Championship are well underway.
The North Eastern and Albury Wodonga District Car Clubs jointly run the event based at Mitta Mitta each year and have expanded on the event’s single pass route.
Expanded to more than 160 competitive kilometres this year, the event will run over six separate stages on Saturday, March 29.
Alongside the state series, it will also be a part of the Victorian Club Rally Series and the East Coast Classic Rally Series.
The Mitta Mountain Rally has been a part of the Victorian Rally Championship calendar since 2016 and has remained close to its core values, with blind stages and single-use roads throughout its history.
Supplementary regulations are expected at the end of January.
