Details of next month's Netier National Capital Rally have been released, with a two-day, 16-stage event planned over November 28 and 29.
In lieu of an Australian Rally Championship, which has been cancelled for 2020, the rally will count for the Motorsport Australia Rally Cup, the MTA NSW Rally Championship, the East Coast Classic Rally Series and the Techworkz Automotive ACT Regional Rally Series.
Under the direction of the experienced Adrian Dudok, the rally will be based at the Abode Hotel in Woden.
After pre-event testing on Friday morning, November 27, reconnaissance will take place between 1pm and 7pm on Friday afternoon.
The rally gets underway at 8am on Saturday, with 10 stages in the Brindabella Ranges over a competitive distance of 127.94km.
On Sunday, a further six stages over 52.16km will bring the competitors back to the finish at the Abode Hotel.
It is expected that the cream of Australian rallying crews will enter the event, provided that state borders are open and travel to the ACT is allowed.
