Octagon has launched a Rookie Rally component for Targa Adelaide 2013.
Entries are open to competition and high performance street cars with safety devices meeting the organiser’s technical requirements.
A great deal of leniency is extended to vehicle owners in regards to technical compliance meaning competitors with circuit racing and gravel rally cars as well as some time-attack cars can get a taste for Targa and learn about what they need to do to change their vehicle into a car that is compliant for the main competition.
Rookie Rally entrants will enjoy 17 of the 30 stages planned for Targa Adelaide and have the privilege of taking part in the Targa Night Stage that attracted 23,000 spectators last year.
Priced at $2490 it is the perfect way to ease into the sport and be part of this iconic event.
Octagon is running an information evening at the Sporting Car Club Rooms, 51 King William Rd Hyde Park, on Thursday 13th June at 7pm.
Bar facilities will be open so bring a friend, have a drink and learn all about how you can be part of Targa.
