Eveline Walfridsson, cousin of Petter Solberg's wife, Pernilla, will be a stuntwoman in a new Swedish rally movie to be released in Scandinavia on December 25, 2007.
"Rallybrudar" (Rally chicks), is a movie about two girls living in the area around Torsby, Sweden, in the 1960s. Both girls dream about becoming rally drivers and the film follows them as they fulfill their dreams, all the way to Monte Carlo.
Director Lena Koppel, says it's a fun movie about two tough girls amongst some not so tough guys.
Walfridsson, a former rally driver and co-driver, said the script was incredibly fun to read. She test drove a 1965 Saab Sport prior to the Rally Sweden Super Special in Karlstad on Thursday evening.
There is no word yet if the movie will make it to Austrailan shores.Â
