Sebastien Ogier spoke at the pre-Portugal Rally press conference about the challenges of trying to win another world championship.
Despite the starting order rules, which handicap first running drivers on gravel events, six times world champion Sebastien Ogier commented:
“The positive is that we are currently leading the championship and that is good news after six rounds.
"We need to be consistent and stay in the title fight. We have a target to be consistent and not aim too high.
"That is not realistically possible this weekend (because of starting first car on the road on the Friday).
"It is almost impossible to score big points on rallies when you are leading the championship.
"You have to make the big difference on the last four rallies of the season (when you start events further down the field)."
