The Raymond Partners Accountants Rally Team are already preparing for the 2007 NEC Australian Rally Championship.
The team has committed themselves to the 2007 ARC, with the plan to contest all of the rounds. Glen and Matt Raymond will not be in their familiar Subaru Liberty RS, which is now on the market, with a newer and more exciting car in the team’s sights.
The logistics of getting the whole team and gear around the countryside is part of the challenge of contesting the series. All rounds will be contested, which cover the mainland of Australia. Despite the distance, the team will contest the Quit Forest Rally in Western Australia.
"The organisers really made our trip to Western Australia easy by giving us so much assistance," remarked team manager and organiser Roy Raymond.
"We would recommend the event to anyone, so much so we are going again next year!"
With preparations already well under way, the team is looking forward to an exciting 2007 season.
