He'll be up against 2011 and 2012 UK Pirelli Star Drivers Elfyn Evans and Jukka Korhonen, as well as fellow 2011 WRC Academy drivers Andrea Crugnola, Jan Cerny and Fredrik Ahlin. All will drive Academy-spec Ford Fiesta R2s on the special stage set up for the show.
"Supporting promising new motorsport talent is extremely important to us," Pirelli's Motorsport Manager, Carl Naylor said. "This is why we hold competitions like this one at the Bologna Motor Show.
"We created it in 2008 in collaboration with the FIA to promote young drivers who have performed successfully in this discipline. The six drivers taking part have shown exceptional talent this year and we believe they all have a great future ahead of them."
