Rosewood Rallysprint shelved until next year

Not long after being changed from a rally to a rallysprint, the Wagga & District Car Club’s event has been cancelled for 2021.
Following advice from NSW Police that they are reluctant to approve the Police Permit for the event, due to the increased workload currently faced by their local officers as a result of the pandemic, organisers were left with no choice.
Event Director, Wade Ryan, has since advised all entrants that the Rosewood Rallysprint not be held this year.
“This is an unfortunate decision to make, but it is in the best interests of all current and potential entrants to make the decision now, rather than delay it to a later date,” he said.
Due to the already tight calendar for the remainder of 2021, there was no alternative date to run the event later this year.
