Thanks go to John and Kaoru Murn who are making special efforts to bring Kaminomura and Kondo over from Japan. They drove the Toyota Toyopet in the 1957 Mobilgas Trial, and Kaminomura also returned for the 1958 Mobilgas.
Merv Fryer will bring the original REDeX Master Trophy.
A REDeX CD will be given out to all attendees, and there will be prizes awarded during the reunion.
Those arriving on the Saturday can meet in the Bowling Club at 7pm on Saturday night for an informal chat. Rod Hasthorpe will officiate.
It is hoped that Dr Georgine Clarsen will speak about the women who competed in the trials. Her knowledge on the subject will surprise you.
A large number of recently acquired photos will be on display at the reunion venue, the Maitland City Bowling Club, Arthur Street, Rutherford.
Please note that the Reunion has changed from East Maitland to Rutherford.
