Petter Solberg will drive a 2009 spec Citroën C4 WRC in the 2010 World Rally Championship. Two rally cars have been bought from Citroën Racing and the Norwegian star will use both cars over the course of the 2010 season.
"After several tough discussions with Citroën Racing we have now come to an agreement which enables me to really fight at the top," Solberg said.
"We hope to have the full budget in place at the end of next week, with the aim of presenting the 2010 Petter Solberg World Rally Team and sponsors, shortly after."
The 2010 WRC starts on February 11 in Sweden.
