Stalemate in Victorian rally talks

The mediation held between representatives of the Victorian Rally Advisory Panel and the State Council Executive concluded following a second meeting held on December 4.  

Whilst the mediation process did not lead to a resolution of all matters concerning the parties, the following agreement was reached.

1.    The Victorian Rally Advisory Panel for 2007 will continue to function as previously until an open meeting to be held at the CAMS Victorian office on Tuesday, 13 February 2008 at 7.30 pm.  At that meeting nominations will be called for interested parties to act as the chairperson for the Victorian Rally Advisory Panel 2008, and also expressions of interest from others wishing to join the Panel for 2008.

2.    In the interim period Richard Gill, Andrew Ormescher, Samantha Robison and Mike Twycross will join the 2007 Panel as proposed at the October 2007 Panel meeting.
