Storms cause early cancellations in Turkey

Heavy rain and storms have resulted in the cancellation of the first two stages of Leg 1 of Rally Turkey. The weather conditions are so bad that the organisers feel it is unsafe for a medical helicopter to react to any emergency that may occur, and so have been forced to cancel the day's opening stages. SS3 also looks like being in doubt.
