Elfyn Evans' WRC co-driver, Scott Martin, has been caught up in violent protests on his arrival into Barcelona for next week's Catalunya Rally. Martin had just arrived at Barcelona airport when protests erupted after Spain's Supreme Court sentenced nine Catalan separatist leaders to between nine and 13 years in prison. Martin's video of the clashes with police was included on a post on the BBC News website. It's the third video featured in a package below. Thousands of demonstrators blocked road access to Barcelona's El Prat airport, with more than 100 flights cancelled. Riot police charged protesters, who threw rocks, cans and fire extinguishers. The separatist leaders were convicted of sedition over their role in an illegal independence referendum in 2017. M-Sport co-driver, Martin, was uninjured in the protest.
