Julian Wagner won the Rallye Weiz, fifth round of the Austrian championship, in his Skoda, ahead of Hermann Neubauer’s Fiesta.
Pepe Lopez’s Citroen C3 R5 won the Rallye de Ferrol, sixth round of the Spanish asphalt series, beating Ivan Ares’ Hyundai, while the Citroens of Senra and Blach were third and fourth.
,The fourth round of the French gravel series, the Rallye Terre de Langres, was won by Sylvain Michel’s Skoda Fabia R4 which beat Lionel Baud’s Citroen C3 WRC.
In the American Rally Association’s New England Forest Rally, David Higgins’ Subaru beat Barry McKenna’s Fiesta, while Higgins’ teammate, Oliver Solberg, finished fifth after tyre troubles.
