Why Ken Block was one of the greats

Ken Block was a superstar. Alongside Colin McRae, perhaps no other person has done as much for the promotion of rallying as the American.

That seems strange to say, given that no driver from North America has ever been rated as one of the best drivers in the world, but Block was of a different cut.
