The British-based media outfit has produced the award-winning WRC television coverage for ISC for more than seven years.
North One has offices in London, Birmingham and Sydney and is one of Britain's biggest and most successful production companies. Earlier this year it won a British Film and Television Award (BAFTA) for its Formula One coverage.
The company plans to re-energise the ISC business, especially in the television, sponsorship, licensing and digital arenas.
"These are very exciting times for North One Television," CEO Neil Duncanson said. "Taking control of ISC is a tremendous challenge and a big responsibility. We're moving in a dizzying and vastly different media world than when we first came into the sport and together with the teams, the events and the FIA, our aim is to ensure the sport takes its rightful place in the digital era."
ISC Managing Director Simon Long will become CEO of the company. He added: "I am really excited about the future in partnership with North One and working with our partners in the WRC community to demonstrate our commitment to raising WRC into a premier position as one of the world's greatest sports entertainment brands."
"This is good news for the series, especially at a time when we are all focused on the future development of the World Rally Championship,” FIA President Max Mosley added.
