Former Australian Rally Champions and exciting young talent will join the field at the Narooma Forest Rally in New South Wales next month. With entries still open, there is still plenty of time for competitors to get their entry in. The headline entry will be four-time Australian Rally Champion, Neal Bates, in his classic RA40 Toyota Celica. Co-driven by Coral Taylor, Bates will be back behind the wheel of the car which has won the Australian classic series as well as the Otago Rally twice. Chris Higgs will also return to action.

A strong showing in his season debut at the Bay means he'll be looking to continue his form. He'll again have Daymon Nicoli alongside calling the notes. Youngster, Taylor Gill, will also make the trip to Narooma after a late call to enter the rally. Gill showed strong speed at Batemans Bay, with seat time no doubt the focus again. The Narooma Forest Rally will run on August 1.
