Rally fans round the world are set for a weekend to remember, with no fewer than 11 premier national championship qualifying events to be held. Â
Action from last year’s 100 Acre Wood Rally in the USA.Events due to finish on Saturday evening include the Rebenland Rally in Austria, the Herock Spa Rally in Belgium, the Sierra Morena in Spain, the Safari Rally (the current version of the former WRC event) in Kenya, the Le Touquet Pas de Calais in France, the Border Counties in Great Britian and the Zuiderzee in the Netherlands. Â
Due to finish on Saturday night European time is the 100 Acre Wood Rally in USA. Due to finish on the Sunday are the Ciocco e Valle del Serchio Rally in Italy and finally the Clonakilty West Cork Rally in Ireland.
And the first round of the Australian Rally Championship gets underway this weekend with the running of the Eureka Rally in Ballarat, Victoria. Â - Martin Holmes
