Driver Skills Australia’s motorsport division are proud to be sponsoring Michael Busby after seeing his impressive form at the first round of the season which gave him 3rd outright in the 2WD category and first in the 2WD section of the rallyschool.com.au Australian Junior Championship.

“Of the many proposals that we recieve, Michael’s was a standout” says Mark. “The combination of drive, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn made him a perfect fit for our mentoring program”.
Busby is also working with Driver Skills Australia in their driver training segment of the company.
“Michael has been delivering advanced and four wheel drive training for us. I am impressed with his professional manner both as a trainer and behind the wheel of a rally car” said Mark Butcher, CEO of Driver Skills Australia.
It’s been a busy and exhilarating few months of preparation for Busby with his invitation to attend the Australian Institute of Sport for a special coaching session and the preparation of his rally car.
“We have just repainted the Mazda RX7 and its raring to go with our new Driver Skills Australia branding. The car will look and sound great. I am excited to be supported by a national company and to have the mentoring and guidance of a seasoned rally driver” said Busby.
The team are looking forward to racing and providing plenty of big action for all the spectators. “Our goals are set and we are confident of achieving a great result” said Busby.
Michael and his team have already qualified for the final of the rallyschool.com.au Australian Junior Rally Championship – and are looking forward to the extra experience competing in this round will bring.
