18-year old Norwegian rally driver, Andreas Mikkelsen, has received an early Christmas present from his father.
Already scheduled to contest at least seven rounds of the 2008 World Rally Championship in a Ford Focus World Rally Car, Mikkelsen will also contest the Irish Tarmac Championship – a special reward gift from his father!
But there are other important things that take precedence over a busy rally schedule – such as a busy school schedule!
"Andreas has a most unusual problem," Mikkelsen's manager said. "We cannot make final plans for the 2008 season until he hears from his school about the definite dates for his exams next year!"
