In addition to the wide range of rally Fiestas on the market, which encompass the 2017 WRC, the standard WRC car, the R5 and the R1 cars, M-Sport has defined the specifications of the various R2 cars.

M-Sport offers two basic specification of R2.  The cars to be used in the JWRC are the R2T International specification as in the 2016 Drive D-Mack Fiesta Trophy, while the one-make championship cars to be used in the national Irish series and the French series will be the National specification.

Both are fitted with the one-litre Ecoboost engine. Differences come in the engine and the suspensions.  The National cars have a standard engine and intercooler and have 20bhp less than the International  cars.

The National cars have non-adjustable Bilstein suspension, the International cars have Reiger three-way adjustable units.
