Due to insufficient entry numbers, organisers of the event have been forced to make this difficult decision.
The Brisbane Sporting Car Club would like to thank all those competitors who entered, as well as the large number of volunteers who have tirelessly worked on this event, and were prepared to give their valuable time this weekend.
With the cancellation of this rally, the proposed sixth and final round of the 2007 City Subaru Queensland Rally Championship – the series is officially at an end for this year after five rounds.
The provisional outright champions for 2007 are Steve Shepheard and Tom Smith who have taken four wins and one second placing in their Oztec/GSA Evolution 6 Lancer.
The rally year is not over completely, however, with the Goodyear AutoCare Sumner Park Rally set to be the finale of a busy year on Saturday, December 1.
