The Gold Coast Tweed Motorsporting Club Inc. has released the Supplementary Regulations for the Globe Roamer Rally which is Round 3 of the MRF Tyres Queensland Rally Championship.
Entries are open for the Globe Roamer Rally, Round 3 of the MRF Tyres Queensland Rally Championship.The August 12 event was born out of the cancellation of the International Rally of Queensland.
Rather than see a round of the Queensland Championship disappear, the local crew who were involved in the ground work for IROQ approached the GCTMC Inc. to be the promoter of the round.
Globe Roamer, great supporters of the sport, came on board with MRF Tyres, the series sponsor, to help make the event a reality.
A compact, all daylight rally, based in Imbil, will allow competitors more competitive distance than liaison on the forest roads of the region.
