David Higgins won his third American Rally Association championship rally of the season.

Higgins’ win came at the curiously titled Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally, a series which formerly counted for the rival Rally America series.

This Pennsylvanian based rally was the fourth out of six ARA events this year.

After Higgins (pictured right) had a first day turbo problem, his teammate Travis Pastrana led before losing time off the road.
