The directing team is proud to announce that regional Victorian Toyota dealer, Maryborough Toyota, has partnered up with round 6 of the Victorian Club Rally Series (VCRS), the Pyrenees Rush, on October 4th promoted by Car Club RMIT Inc.
"Being a 60th year celebration event for CCRMIT, we're very excited to have Maryborough Toyota on board, supporting what we expect will be a stand out event on the 2014 rally calendar,” Clerk of Course James Elliott said.
"We have a great mix of stages, both day & night, tuliped and navigational, technical and flat out - Something for everyone!"
Amongst the quality forestry roads being used in the Pyrenees, the event team is working closely with the Pyrenees Shire, local residences and businesses to secure a selection of shire roads, where the first stage will depart from the Avoca Industrial Park, snaking past the Spectator point less than 2 minutes from the centre of town, before heading into the technical Lamplough State Forest.
Following the afternoon daylight stages and divisional break, the moderately easy evening navigational stages will be run, where the night time spectator point will allow further viewing of competitors as they head out, and then return after experiencing the Pyrenees Rush!

Supplementary Regulations for Competitors will be released in the coming weeks, whilst the event would like to thank the support from Maryborough Toyota, Fulton Hogan, The Pyrenees Shire, Department of Environment & Primary Industries, and the local residents from the Pyrenees Shire.
