Rallying legend, Colin McRae, was celebrated with a special display of cars at last weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK.

McRae, who lost his life in 2007, drove a remarkable number of cars during his career and most of them were on display at the Festival of Speed. They ranged from the Talbot Sunbeam in which he kicked off his time in club rallying as a teenager, to the Subaru Impreza WRX in which he claimed the 1995 World Rally Championship crown.

An all-rounder who couldn't resist trying his hand at other disciplines, McRae's Ferrari 550 Maranello GTS Le Mans car was also on display, alongside the Jordan-Peugeot 196 F1 car which he tested back in 1996.

RallysportMag.com.au’s cameras were on hand to capture the action from Goodwood.
