Mitsubishi Lancers have taken a clean sweep of the podium places in the 2007 Rally of the Manning Valley, held on April 29.

Dave Darby and Shane Griffis led the field home with a two and a half minute victory in their Evo 3, with Peter Leicht and James McDonald second in a similar model.

In third place, just eight second behind Leicht, were Stephen Slade and Con Constantine in an Evo 4.

Stephen Mitchell and Mickey Rourke brought their Subaru Impreza WRX home in fourth place, while Lindsay Collits and Shane Pearce were the first two-wheel drive crew to finish. Their Datsun 1600 was two and a half minutes ahead of the sixth placed Mazda RX7 of Sean and Penny Kelly.

Leading Hyundai Excel competitors, Glen Farrant and Matt James, took seventh in their front-wheel drive car.
