One of the most famous Ford works Mk2 Escorts was the Hannu Mikkola/Arne Hertz ‘Eaton Yale’ BDAs that competed in (and won!) the 1978 RAC Rally of Great Britain. This really is a beautiful model that features all the right livery – Castrol, Eaton Yale, Lombard, Bilstein and so on. It looks exactly like the real thing.
The second model, also from the 1978 RAC Rally is Roger Clark’s famous ‘Li Lo for Leisure’ car in blue, white and black, OKK 380P. If you’re a Roger Clark fan, you shouldn’t pass this one up.
Both models feature opening doors, bonnet and boot, steerable front wheels, a fully detailed interior and exterior, and more. 235mm long and mounted on a plastic display base, these are top-class models.
