Murphy's Creek local and rally competitor Nathaniel Dillon asked the Queensland rally community and Australian motorsport identities to come together to raise money for flood and cyclone affected parts of Queensland.

A raffle was held at the most recent rounds of the Queensland Rally Championship that raised $410 for the Premier's Flood Appeal.

The money raised would not have been possible without the generous donations from the Queensland rally community, some of whom had their businesses affected, Australian Rallying identity Neal Bates Motorsport, V8 Supercars Triple Eight Race Engineering, Northern Districts Sporting Car Club and Toowoomba company LSM Advanced Composites.
