To raise funds for their 2012 WRC Academy season, Australian rally team Brendan Reeves and Rhianon Smyth will run an auction on Facebook from July 2 to 7. There are 30 items up for auction including signed merchandise and photos from WRC stars and signed AFL jumpers.
To register your bid, log on to Rhianon's Facebook page and go to the Photos section. Choose the item that you'd like to bid on, and write your bid in the comments area. Bids will be accepted from Monday, July 2 to Saturday, July 7 at 10pm (AEST). Successful bidders will be announced at the Brendan Reeves Supporters Club function in Launceston on July 7.
All funds raised from the auction will be put towards Reeves and Smyth's WRC Academy expenses including entry fees, flights, hiring of test cars, accommodation, etc. The pair have two podium places from the opening two rounds of this year's WRC Academy but need to continue fundraising in order to cover the costs of the remaining four rounds.
