Darren Windus and Jamie Sergeant took out round four of the Victorian Rally Championship, the George Derrick Pyrenees Rush, held last weekend.

Fifth placed Jacob McCashney slides through the pines in his Toyota Corolla.Driving a Subaru WRX, the pair finished 36 seconds ahead of Justin Dowel and Simon Ellis in a Volkswagen Polo after nine stages.

Third place went to Warren Lee and David Lethlean in a Lancer Evo IX, followed by the Evo 3 of Tod Reed and Will Murphy, with Jacob McCashney and Scott Allan fifth in a Toyota Corolla.

Among the competitive distance, the pacenoted event used 40 kilometres of roads in the pine plantations managed by Hancocks Victorian Plantations (HVP) - the first time a Victorian rally had used roads controlled by HVP for nearly 15 years.
