Fifth placed Jacob McCashney slides through the pines in his Toyota Corolla.Driving a Subaru WRX, the pair finished 36 seconds ahead of Justin Dowel and Simon Ellis in a Volkswagen Polo after nine stages.
Third place went to Warren Lee and David Lethlean in a Lancer Evo IX, followed by the Evo 3 of Tod Reed and Will Murphy, with Jacob McCashney and Scott Allan fifth in a Toyota Corolla.
Among the competitive distance, the pacenoted event used 40 kilometres of roads in the pine plantations managed by Hancocks Victorian Plantations (HVP) - the first time a Victorian rally had used roads controlled by HVP for nearly 15 years.
