Pakenham Auto Club (PAC) is delighted to join with Berwick Volkswagen to present the opening round of the 2011 Victorian Club Rally Series (VCRS).
Berwick Volkswagen is part of the David Nutter group that has supported PAC’s rallies for the past several years. David himself is one of Victoria’s top rally competitors.
The VCRS is a series of rallies run throughout Victoria by a number of different car clubs. Competitors represent their clubs in the much sought after interclub championship while individual outright and class, driver and navigator championships are also closely fought. The constituent rallies range from fully route-charted drivers events to events with more of a navigational challenge for the crews.
The 2011 Berwick Volkswagen Yakkerboo Rally will again be based at Willow Grove Reserve and feature about 130 kilometres of mainly driver-oriented stages with some different ways of presenting route instructions to keep the navigators interested.
